In 2019, a new office suite comprising three offices and a waiting room was developed and built on the twenty-fifth floor of the historic Wells Fargo Building on Broad Street, a block south of City Hall in Center City Philadelphia.

- 08/02/19: Appointments will be held in the new office beginning Tuesday, August 6, 2019.
- 07/25/19: Wayfinding instructions posted.
- 07/23/19: Purchases finalized. Initial deliveries scheduled.
- 07/12/19: Punch List Walkthrough.
- 06/12/19: Construction is underway. August 1st occupancy is on track.
- 06/05/19: We remain on target for August 1st occupancy.
- 05/09/19: Meeting with architect. Revised opening date: August 1, 2019.
- 05/01/19: Contract signed
- 04/04/19: The revised opening date for the new office is now estimated to be July 1, 2019.
- 03/14/19: Negotiations continue
- 02/19/19: Contract under review.
- 02/12/19: Proposal accepted.
- 01/21/19: We have encountered delays. The revised opening date for the new office is now estimated to be May 1, 2019.
- 01/11/19: The estimated opening date for the new office is March 1, 2019.
- 12/19/18: We expect to be able to communicate a timeline for the move around the second week of January.
